All Creatures Small Animal Hospital

We just got a dog and she came from a very bad home we asked them to clip her nails and they gave her more torment then needed to be. I was told they were going to give her an anesthetic they didn't. I told her no and the lady proceeded to say I said no wrong. Also told me to discourage the way that Piper was acting . My daughter was giggling because she was nervous for Piper and the lady looked up at my daughter and told her it wasn't funny.They are the rudest place that I've ever been to in my entire 43 years of life and will never recommend them to nobody.
