Blu Toro Cantina & Grill

Very disappointed. The scallops were delicious. My medium-rare filet was served to me cold rare. When they took my steak back they took my entire plate and when my steak was returned it was cooked much closer to how I ordered it but the scallop I had on my plate and my vegetables had gotten cold. When my steak was brought back to me no one ever stopped back to ask how it was and I could not even get a steak Knife so I had to struggle trying to cut it with a butter knife. The steak was not tender enough to be cuttable with a butter knife. My dining friend also needed steak sauce and we could never get anyone to come to our table so we could ask for steak sauce either. Decent food just too bad that they don't cook it right to start with and that the staff is pretty awful. Needless to say we will definitely not be back and cannot recommend Blu Toro.
