We went to the newly opened Carlos OKellys in Iowa City to celebrate my niece graduating high school. Unfortunately We were met with an outrageous wait over the hour and a half quoted, they ran out of food and drink when we did get a seat (no lemons, ice tea, chicken crisp, cilantro lime rice, and no apple juice for kids) and some of our meals came out lukewarm at best. So our party of 13 will not be returning here. The waitstaff was friendly though even though the rest of the evening was a bust.
