I ordered a pizza. They told me to pick up in twenty minutes. I showed up twenty minutes later and I was told they were swamped and didn't have time to make it. They didn't appear busy. 3 employees behind the counter, one at the check out, one sweeping the floor and two taking a break the entire time I waited. Plus the two on break took up two tables (the only two tables) so no where to sit and wait. Unprofessional young lady behind counter in the kitchen. Let's see if they offer a discount. No discounts, no apology, nothing. Never again!!!
