Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rent from Enterprise 20 to 30 times a year and have never had a bad experienced till now at this location. I arrived and didn't have a car waiting for my reservation. When I did get a car I promptly returned it for another because they gave me one that smelled like an "ashtray". After another wait to sort out the paperwork I was on my way.
