If I could give this shop zero stars, I would. This store is a joke! My boyfriend ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day and just because yesterday, and this shop screwed both orders up. I was supposed to have received two bouquets on Valentine's Day and only received one. Hy-Vee ended up delivering the other over a week later. Today, my bouquet was to come with a teddy bear and chocolate ... I only received the flowers. I called the shop and Andrea stated that the bear and chocolate weren't included in the order but she'd have them brought right over -- they did arrive shortly after. (I saw the order online and it did include the bear and chocolate; I'm sure she realized the mistake and tried to backpedal like it wasn't the shop's error.) The chocolates and bear did not look like the photo, and the flowers were not in the color that was ordered. Delivery driver was pretty rude as well. Save yourself the hassle and don't order flowers from this shop because they can't get anything correct.
