The staff here are not helpful and are fully willing to sell you a nonfunctional product. I was here with someone and they were very aggressive with trying to get him to sign up for their rewards program. I hope to never come back here, and if I did, I would only buy new products, since they have shown that their used products are not to be trusted. Sure, I was able to return it, but they didn't have another one, so I just wasted two trips here. The staff here don't seem to know what they are talking about unless they are talking about their rewards program. Also their used games are way too expensive and cheaper used games can be found on Amazon.. I hope I never set foot inside this store again.
