I’ve been in this nail salon twice now since the new ownership took over. I had bad customer service both times. I was in yesterday, and spent an hour and a half for shellac. I had walked in, sat down, and they immediately started removing the old shellac. After allowing the top coat to run onto the edges of my fingers, the tech Julie had to then remove everything she had just done to remove it. I was blamed for this. I left the nail salon 1.5 hours later with bleeding fingers and with gel nail polish on the top of my hands. There was no apology, no discount, only bad customer service. I no longer recommend this salon.

I followed Jenny here from Ankeny! Talent is amazing here and it’s one of the cleanest nail salon’s I’ve been in. Customer service is great!
