We visited Mexico Lindo today for early dinner and unfortunately our experience was not good. The food was lukewarm, the tortillas were hard and to top it off, we found a long hair in our nachos appetizer. We addressed it with our server and no apologies were given or offer to replace the plate. After we finished with our meal, they brought us the check and we noticed that we were still charged for the nacho plate, that right there showed us that they didn't not care for the quality of their food. I again addressed it with the server and also with who I believe was the manager, and they said since I had eaten "most of it" they were charging me for it. This is just unacceptable. When a customer finds a nasty long hair in their food, it is a best practice to offer an apology, have the plate replaced or not charge for it! Mexico Lindo apparently does not care for the quality of their food.
