I bought my Grand Cherokee from here because they had what I wanted on the lot after looking in a 150 mile radius. The salesman (Zach) was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!! I would recommend him. I decided to give service a try even though it is about 40+ minutes away. Unfortunately they "found" several things wrong even though they were the service department that has ALWAYS taken care of this car! Every person in the service waiting area that day heard the same thing "we found something else wrong with your car today". That seems odd but I'm not a mechanic. In the end I paid a lot for service (after 2 visits due to parts) that I am not sure I needed and my car seemed to run better before the appointment. I understand they were under construction and expansion but at this time, I would not recommend the service department.
