I needed a facial appointment within 2 days and I called moxie, a place I'd never been and still haven't been. This rating is due to the appointment scheduling procedure, NOT the services. I called the main number and told them what I wanted and when I needed it by. I was told that they would pass it along and someone would call me back. I've been to many spa/salons and was never told someone would call me back to schedule a simple appointment. If Moxie couldn't fit me in then that's fine, I know it was short notice but I needed to know whether I needed to call another spa that could fit me in. I waited about 4 hours before calling the direct number to the service I wanted and left a message just in case my original message didn't get passed along. I ended up calling and scheduling with another spa but I never heard back from them that day or the next. Maybe I caught them on an off day but I doubt I'll try again for future services.
