I am a former employee. I was being paid the same amount as other lead teachers who had no college experience or early childhood education degree even though I have my Associates degree in Early Childhood Education. You would be made to come into work even if you were sick because they were so short-staffed. Most employees did not get off at their scheduled times because people would not show up for their scheduled shifts. The turnover rate for staff was very high while I was there. I would bring problems to my supervisors, but nothing was ever addressed or fixed. Within 2017, DHS had visited three different times. I would not recommend working here or sending your children here. When I started working here, I was very excited and was very eager to work with the children. Towards the end, management made working there very hard and unrealistic, not just for me, but for others as well. Hopefully things have been fixed for the children's sake.
