Even though I'm sure Mr. O'Connor was busy with other summer breakdowns, he answered his phone, didn't charge me extra/OT for parts and labor (like some of his competitors would have done), and didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't needed. I highly recommend Patrick for all your cooling needs.
