I called and made an appointment specifically for two pedicures and one gel manicure. They accepted. When we came in they were confused as to what we wanted. I told them I wanted a pedi and a gel manicure and explained I had gel currently on. I told them I would need to soak during my pedi, but the woman kept telling me to go sit down for my pedi, so I did. They aske me several times what I wanted and I continued to say gel for my mani. During the pedi they told me they would need to see if they could fit me in for a mani, even when I told them I called and made an appt. After the pedi, the lady that was working with me, attempted to take my gel off with fingernail polish remover and then became upset with me when she figure out it was gel. She was shouting across the room and then the lady next to her said we will have to charge you $5 to take the gel off. So after continuously asking for a gel manicure the lady proceeded to give me a regular manicure. By this time I was fed up and just wanted to be done. To top it off my nail polish started coming off that day!! She didn't take the time to do it right so now my nails are chipping off. I know gel lasts longer, but a professional manicure should at least stay on for a few days to a week, and that's not the case here! I will never return to this salon!
