I called for a massage appointment. I had a gift certificate for a 30 minute massage that had expired but I asked if they would still honor it if I paid the difference for a 2 hour massage... The girl on the phone acted like I asked her the most outrageous thing in the world because there is no way they would honor an expired giftcard. I hope that girl was the massage therapist or the owner because otherwise and lost their business over $100 plus a tip and plus the potential to gain a new client who gets 2 massages a month all over her lack of consideration.
