I don't know what everyone's problem is with the staff. You're needing equipment and supplies for not so fun problems. We all know insurance sucks, and it makes you agitated. So anyone is going to come off inconsiderate or rude if they don't give you want you want or think you deserve. Every time I've dealt with this company, they have been nothing but nice and extremely helpful to me and to other people I have referred to them. Too bad more people don't right reviews when they are happy with their service. People only want to complain. And I get that too. Been there more times then I like to admit. But overall, this group of people always seem to know so much about the ins and outs of insurance and have helped me with most of the problems I have. As for the prices, sure they are pretty pricey. But who the heck isn't? Getting old sucks. Prepare for the worst. Thank you Unity Point!! Keep up the good work! I'm sure I'll be contacting you again soon.
